Crowed ZSK Open House

ZSK

Friday 26 and Saturday 27 September ZSK held an In-House Exhibition in Krefeld, Germany, on the occasion of their 30th anniversary. Both days were well attended by an international attendance. This was partly due to the nearly 30 companies from the embroidery and textile industry ZSK invited to exhibit.

One of the highlights  was the new Sprint 6 single head (12 needles) embroidery machine. According to ZSK the machine is equipped with the thinnest tubular arm in the embroidery industry, which allows users to embroider even the narrowest textiles. The tubular arm works without a picker at the front.

Other features of the Sprint 6 are: positioning with laser support; new main shaft brake; new quick change systems (optional); maximum speed 1.200 rpm; new thread stand design; automatic thread control; large embroidery field for shoes; adjustable presser footer; memory of 20.000.000 stitches.

The Sprint 6 can be ordered in a colour combination of choice.

ZigZag EP 3

ZSK also showed the ZigZag EP3 cording and ribbon device, a patented device that extends the capabilities of embroidery designs without the use of special machines. Customers can install ZigZag EP3 to a normal ZSK embroidery head an arrange their regular designs with delicate cording embroidery. With this traditional embroidery designs can be created with the addition of cord and ribbon.
