More than Textiles

The actively shining reflective vest

At Techtextil 2015 booth 3.1 A 01 Titv Greiz will display several technical textile applications.

Interactive textiles are luminous textiles of the special kind. As soon as the integrated IR- sensor recognizes a movement of the hand, he releases about the microcontroller Led lighting effects. Thus gestures, e.g., one are recognized the movement of the hand. The result is a fading away sparkling above the whole luminous surface. Several modules are seamless cascadable and to a bigger, coherent textile surface combinable. Fixed on a wall, you can fascinate your guests.

Job security

More security in the job offers the actively shining Led reflective vest. Leds on textiles are produced by the FSD technology (Functional Sequin Devices). The FSD technology enables an economic manufacturing of luminous textiles for the first time. The advantage of the active lighting is that people are also seen in the darkness and no floodlight is necessary. The reflective vest protects security forces, drivers or rescue assistants against any possible dangerous situation by active lightning.

Textile electrodes

The Greiz TITV developed in several research projects textile electrodes. They are the basis of medicine technology products. The products tipstim glove and bomedus back tape are already offered in specialized stores. The bomedus  back tape is comfortably and slightly applicable for the treatment free of drug of back pains. The key element is the point-textile electrodes. The three-dimensional structure is reached by repeated overlaying of leading-capable thread material. The effect of the system is based on the specific arrangement of the textile electrodes and the stimulation pattern.

The stroke patients could make the therapy for the rehabilitation themselves at home. The tipstim  glove is a high-tech glove with integrated textiles electrodes. About an impulse giver the painless therapy free of side effect becomes possible. The therapy improves the motor and sensory capability of stroke patients.
