Viscom Düsseldorf 2017 will take place 18–20 October in Dusseldorf, Germany. Around 300 exhibitors will be showcasing analogue and digital solutions for enhancing advertising messages. About 10,000 experts and decision-makers from 71 countries are expected to visit this year’s event.

More than 50 renowned speakers and presentations from the international elite of the visual communication industry will be covering current and future topics and trends in the lecture forum. Topics include digital marketing and communication, textile printing and advertising technology and digital printing.
Workshops
In the workshops area there will be textile and adhesive technology workshops live on stage and hands-on workshops conducted by Adobe and Corel.
Awards
Superstar Award 2017
On 19 October during the ‘Night of Stars’, the Superstar Awards will be awarded in gold, silver and bronze in 17 categories for the best POS promotions and sales promotion activities of the last twelve months. Over 150 guests from industry, brands, trade, and trade press will be there when the ‘best of the best’ entries will be awarded in a festive atmosphere.
European Wrap Star
During all three days of Viscom many experienced signmakers and car wrappers will compete for the title European Wrap Star in Hall 13. The participants will compete in five-round matches.
Digital Retail Award
On 19 October the Digital Retail Award will be awarded in the evening. The Digital Retail Award honours efficiently planned and creatively implemented innovative and successful digital communication and digital signage projects with a focus on retail, brand and trade communication. The Awards are the platform for digital retail projects and a new home for digital agencies.
Newcomers
Creative start-ups and young entrepreneurs will present their new products to the international trade visitors. Thanks to the partnership of Europe’s trade fair for visual communication with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), up to 60 per cent of the costs for stand construction and rent will be covered for these companies.
